Our story
We met a few years ago through friends and quickly realized that we share the same passion for coffee. We stayed in touch and exchanged information about different roasting plants and coffee machines again and again.
Together we planned a trip to Italy and visited many coffee roasting companies there to learn more about the family businesses, some of which are hundreds of years old.
Together we have set ourselves the goal of bringing Italian coffee quality to Switzerland.
In 2019 we founded 8 GRAMS and already today we count established restaurants, hotels, boutiques and private coffee lovers among our customers.
