The user can set the pre-infusion pressure, shot volume and extraction pressure. Leva’s digital displays show real time extraction pressure on the coffee puck, the pre-infusion and extraction time as well as the pressure curve of the shot.
The 1 group Leva does not compromise on standard La Marzocco features such as stainless steel boilers or performance touch steam wands. It can be operated with a fixed water connection or with the integrated tank and is hocked up to a regular household 220V outlet.
